What is the best solution?

Hi! So I don't really have a skin care routine. I deraplane my face once a week, and i moisturise before makeup and after removal, and that's about it. My acne is either red patches on my face, which is an easy fix or lumps under the skin. Like cysts? I don't know. My question is, does anyone know how to get rid of them? I've tried so many different brands of patches, and for the most part, they remove a lot of gunk like oils and fluids from pimples on my face, but these lumps hurt like heck and I'd like a solution about them. Thank you!
