Gel based, fungal acne/rosacea safe retinal/tret…

Does it exist? I’ve been using retinol and tret (not at the same time) for over 10 years. I’ve recently been using the Zo Skincare retinol but it breaks out my fungal acne every damn time. I have used 1% pretty consistently but would like to tone it down to a lower strength to allow more consistent use. I’ve done my research and I know to avoid esters, polysorbates, fatty acids and oils and that a gel carrier is preferred, but with the limited availability and it being so hard to get a hold of I’m looking for recommendations. I’m UK based. Help a girl out!
