Start Minoxidil during post-birthcontrol TE?

Has anyone done this? And how did it work out? just afraid it would make the shedding even more unbearable since Minoxidil also leads to a dread shed. For background info: I have PCOS, but my hair loss started only at the age of 35 after an insane spike in my DHEAS, balanced it with Yasmin/Yaz but had to quit 6 weeks ago for several reasons. Back then I did get diagnosed with a possible AGA, but I am not sure if it was a chronic TE due to hormonal imbalances or actual AGA, I am very close to finding out since my post birth control TE is slowly kicking in and will peak in a few weeks.
