Tribal loan help

Hello everyone. I am in severe tribal loan debt (roughly 10 separate ones) and am seeking advice. I have revoked ACH on every account and am planning not to pay back. It is such a mixed bag of responses on whether this will: 1. Impact my credit 2. Lead to a lawsuit of any sort 3. Go to arbitration I did not revoke arbitration on a majority of them unfortunately. It is a really crappy situation, please no lectures just looking for advice on how to move forward, what the impact would be, and if this is the right decision. Located in South Carolina. Thank you.
