Advice on Results

Looking for some advice! I got these results via a private blood test. I’ve been having some symptoms associated with thyroid issues for a few years now but my GP won’t listen to me. I already have coeliac disease so I know my chances of developing another issue are higher. Can anyone help me interpret these? I know they say they’re all in range, but I’ve seen some things about the Thyroglobulin antibody level I have representing an issue. Equally confused by the KIU/L vs the IU/L measurement that others seem to use. Any help much appreciated!
