3 months of progress? Using Him oral medication (Fin 1.2mg / Min 3mg)

Hi all. Using a burner account here. I have been using Fin (1.2mg) and Min (3mg) for about 3 months now. Specifically the Him's oral pill. I think I am seeing some progress but I dont know if it's just recovery from the dread shed/ hair growing longer or if it's actually regrowth. Also, I would love to hear from others if they think I will need to get a HT or if staying on medication will be good enough. I'm a 33 year old male with what a think is diffuse thinning. \*edit\* I take the medication once a day
