Overnight hospital?

I have my double mastectomy Monday. I am doing2 stage process… So they will put in the expanders at the same time for reconstruction. I’ve been told its my choice whether to stay overnight in the hospital or not. I’m really unsure what to do and wanted some thoughts/opinions from people who have went down the same road. I see the benefit of having medical help right there available. But I also see the benefit of sleeping in my own bed.
