Are these symptoms PCOS? I’m terrified right now

I’m new to this group but always on reddit. I have had some weird symptoms the last couple years that have started to bother me. I have a single dark chin hair that constantly grows back, acne almost constantly that is very hard to get under control, and my periods are so irregular. Like I had a period on Jan 30th til Feb 3rd and then I just started again yesterday. I’m really scared this might be PCOS. I don’t know how serious the condition is and I don’t have health insurance. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant and I’m realizing it’s been difficult to conceive. I’m more scared that this means I’ll never have children. I’m beginning to feel this whole thing weighing down on me. Can my fellow women please tell me what to do 🥺 I’m so scared.
