Sinus headache???

I’ve had migraines for a long time, so obviously i’m well aquatinted with the pain/feeling of a migraine. i know it is very different from that of a headache, but i think i just unlocked a new level of ????? it’s not like more painful, though it is a very strange sensation. i jus tried to pop my ears and now there’s intense pressure above my left eyebrow. i am just making assumptions. i’ve had a lot of sinus issues as of late so it could totally be something else. but does anyone get these/know how to alleviate them?
