Hello everyone! I’m looking for some advice, If you guys had 6 months to completely transform your body via weight loss, what would you do? Step by step, walk me through what helped you! I am looking to lose weight and I am going to be at home a lot more now so I will be able to meal prep, use my walking pad and do a lot more physical activity, Therefore I’m looking for tips on how to lose weight. What did you meal prep? What was your walking routine? Anything that helped you, what kept you motivated, I’m looking for any advice in regard to this topic!
