Periods related so many doubts

18.5f, menarche at 12.5.. In these 6 years, irregular but mostly regular with ± 5 to 10 days and mostly delayed ones. The earliest i have ever had is at 25 days and very rarely missed period, mostly just delayed 40-50 days My cycle history for past one year, going feb2025 to feb2026 is: 29,33,31,38,36,40,31,28,54,32 Latest period being 19 jan to 24 jan Also to note, from age 14 to 18 ive experienced significant stress here n there, currently dealing with anxiety problems as well. In first week of feb 2026, i got fever, cold, could be viral but i havent tested. For first time in a couple of years i had paracetamol for fever. And the day next to when i had it i had very mildd cramps. That time it was some day 15-16. Now from day 21 or 22 i guess, im getting some yellow and brown discharges with skin particles, and red spotting(2-3 drops). my period has never been as early but on day 23, i got these spotting n i thought periods arrived. But i wore a pad, nothing came for like 24 hrs, then after that i get a white discharge mixed with dark brown n little red sort of discharge.. im confused. Mom is not willing to talk about these things and i dont have so close female friends to ask this, i have fear of getting judged. Im slightly underweight. I dont know what the fugg is going on i just need someone to reassure me that everything is ok, because outside reddit idk whom to really rely on for these things since menstruation is sort of taboo topic here
