6 Months on Accutane, is this normal?

Weeks 4 to 8 were absolute hell, horrible purging, blood and horrible pain. Then it gradually got better and my PIE seemed to calm down and I was getting less and less active pimples. Now I’m on month 6 and my skin has never looked better, but suddenly I’m getting a pimple on my right cheek and one on my nose, I rarely get them nowadays but when I do it goes away much faster and you can’t see any scars, but this time I got 3 pimples on my cheek in a month though 2 of em went away rlly quickly. I’m just scared it’s coming back again and I don’t wanna go through all that again. Also my cheeks and the edge of my cheeks itch a lot but I know better than to itch them. My derm might end my course soon but I’m scared it’ll all come back and I’d have to restart. Would anyone who’s had a similar situation be down to share some advice? Thanks! (FYI I take 10mg a day)
