Weight loss break?

Anyone here take a weight loss break and if so how did it go? I've been on tirz about 6 months and am getting closer to my goal. My weight loss has slowed down so I should be titrating up soon but I was thinking of just hanging out at this dose and giving my body a "rest". I know weight loss can be hard on your system so I thought it may be beneficial to just coast for a little bit but wanted to see what others think.
