Hpv made outbreaks worse

Hey all. Hope ye are well. I had hsv1 diagnosed since 2015 and I'm not sure as I couldn't get properly tested as Ireland sucks for testing but potentially 2 as well. My normal symptoms were a rash on the base of my penis which went away after a day , I used to get blisters on my thighs , paper cuts or dry skin on the tip of my penis or a small bump on the corner of my penis. So I was dating my back in August and we had unprotected sex and I got skin tags or warts on my groin and accompanying this I got red raises by my pubic area sore to touch , one day I tore them off from scratching and a big infection happend. Nothing since December but I got warts again only about 3 and the bumps appeared again big raised sore to touch . I am wondering can Hsv change location and could the painful obs be caused by catching hpv ? . I'm really confused. I appreciate any help thank you .
