What is LDN supposed to do for us?

TLDR: what symptom improvements is LDN meant to give and how best to track any improvements? Hi brains trust, I started LDN 3 weeks ago. Began with 0.5mg, currently on 1.0g and will be titrating up to 3.0g before next check in with my new integrative doctor. So far I don’t feel any different - some detailed dreams but not scary or particularly weird. I understand LDN takes a while to build up in the body. My doctor said about 75% of his patients find improvements on LDN. What exactly should I be monitoring re symptom improvement? Pain isn’t a great issue for me (just minor muscle aches and occasional SFN/nerve pains). My biggest symptoms atm are crushing physical fatigue everyday, brain fog/static feeling in brain, POTS, upper GI/SIBO and nausea type symptoms. At what point can I be confident it is or isn’t doing anything? Love and gentle hugs to all 🫶🏻
