I randomly get very red swollen eyes that takes a long time to return to normal and i have no idea whats causing it.

I had skin allergy testing done a decade ago and was found to be allergic to some pollen, grasses, insects, mites, and shellfish. I have no other symptoms ever (as long as i stay away from seafood). literally just random red very swollen eyes. it seems to happen all times of the year. indoor or outdoor although I can trigger it often by riding my bike at a fast pace with no eye protection. If i wear glasses it doesnt happen nearly as often. any advice or ideas of what this could be triggered by?
