What did you do for relief while battling pneumonia?

I am a 22-year-old female. I have had a recurrent cough since October 2025, and I was recently diagnosed with pneumonia. I have been taking the prescribed antibiotics for two days now. However, I still cannot sleep because of the pain on the right side of my chest whenever I lie down. I start coughing severely and uncontrollably until I sit or stand back up. In addition, the urinary incontinence when I cough has gotten worse. I am now wetting the bed even while just sitting. I have to wear a diaper, but it becomes full within an hour. What did you do for relief while battling pneumonia?
