[Acne] Help on skincare products to use to reduce Back Acne scars and Back Acne overall

Hello people, I am asking for help on this platform because I don't know what else to do. So, I have always been dusky. My acne flareups started in maybe like grade 9-10, but slowly there flareups became more intense on my back. I have been to dermat, they did chemical peeling, gave me topical creams to apply. In my defense I have been lazy and wasn't too consistent in applying them. Later, I stopped going to the dermat as well because me and my mom figured that the acne on my face is not because of oily skin but rather dry skin and the oils being stripped away and some of it is hormonal acne. So, I try to take care of my face, what I am eating and all. But, my main problem is my back. I still get the flareups on my back. The previous acne has left marks, which are pigmented and they look dark because of my dusky skin and they form a Y pattern on my back. I don't know what to apply, how to get them lighter and how to stop back acne at all. If anyone has experience with back acne and post-acne pigmentation, or knows products/treatments that worked for them, I’d really appreciate your advice.
