Dizziness after hurting my neck

Male, 28 not currently taking any medications. Hello docs. I hurt my neck a few months ago. I fell against a a door and it pushed my head too far to the right. I felt something pop on the left side but it happened so fast I couldn’t tell where the pop was. Ever since then my if I move a certain way my vision gets “hyper aware” like bouncy. My head feels heavy or tons of pressure around the forehead and eyes, also the bridge of my nose and roof of mouth feels heavy/pressured. My sleep has been terrible constantly waking up after a few hours. My jaw feels loose. I have to consciously keep it closed or it just slides forward. I know I waited too long to see a doctor but I’m just now getting insurance through work. Any ideas what could be going on?
