Dizziness and enlarged pupils

So, I stood up, once out of bed 2 weeks ago and once today. Immediately I become extremely dizzy and my boyfriend says my pupils are HUGE. I look in the mirror, they are in fact gigantic. I shine a light to make sure they’re reacting, both go back down to normal and I’m no longer dizzy. Any ideas? 27f, 175 lbs, take zepbound 2.5, vape user
