Clothes for pustular psoriasis and other recommendations

Hello, I have a friend suffering through pustular psoriasis and it is eating him up. He is not the type to seek help, and often just let's things take their course, but I can tell its doing a number on him, both physically and mentally. His condition is spreading throughout his entire body. Head to toe. I would say about 20% of his skin is basically an open wound. Ive got him some hydrocolloid bandages to place over his ointments and stuff, and have been trying to guide him towards cleaner diets, suggesting things like Mediterranean cuisine, or just meats and rice. Im taking the initiative to help keep his spirits up. What kinds of clothes would people recommend? His wounds stick to his clothes a lot and hes in terrible pain in the morning. I help him change bandages on his back but there is no way for him to do it without assistance. Any recommendations would be much appreciated, and links to product too! Thank you.
