Dad (50M) has Nasal Polyps and can't find any solution since past 5 years

My father (50) has allergy, polyps in nose, nose blockage and lives in Mumbai, India. He is unable to breath, especially while sleeping. He also has sleep disc. He has been trying all types of medicines since 5 years but no relief. Please help! Thank youu
