OCD medication options?

Hi! I (25F) am currently prescribed Lamictal for my OCD and I just feel like it just isn’t doing the job - I’m curious as to whether there are any other medications I should explore with my psychiatrist, she’s pretty adamant that Lamictal is the best out there for OCD.
