Is it possible to lose 70 lbs in 9-10 months?

Post Content

Hey y’all! So I (20F) want to lose at least 70 lbs by at least October this year. I’m currently sitting around 225 lbs at 5’4, and honestly as a college student I want to lose weight (around 150 lbs) to look good AND to jog/run at this running fundraiser my church has. I know this point might seem a little vain, but like I want to be at a weight where even if I wear ugly clothes I still look cute. I also want to eventually level up to jogging/running, but I’m also fine with walking around my campus after dinner or in the morning! I don’t know how to begin in terms of how many calories I need to deficit and exercises I can do to help me reach that goal… I’ve been somewhat overweight my whole life, but I was relatively ok at around 160-170, but during/after COVID when I stopped playing sports etc. I shot up to 225. I really want to lose it but I really have no clue on how to start. Any tips/help will be GREATLY appreciated 🫶🏾💕
