Skin looks fine from a distance, but up close it looks wild

Just nonstop bumps, uneven texture and color. I thought I’d grow out of my bad skin! It got a little bit better when I stopped drinking regularly and started lifting and eating healthy…but these damn bumps just won’t go away! I use an anti redness cleanser by cera ve, I think. Oil control moisturizer, clindamycin, and an over the counter retinol gel.
