[Routine help] T zone tight and oily?

Hi guys I have Type 2 Rosacea and have no clue how else to hydrate my skin AM: Vanicream cleanser Hypochlorous acid spray im from mugwort essence Avene thermal spray iunik beta glucan serum Purrito oat gel moisturizer PM: Sulfur/sulfacetamide cleanser Hypochlorous acid spray im from mugwort essence Avene thermal spray iunik beta glucan serum 1% ivermectin cream Avene cicalfate + 1-2x a week i will exfoliate with a mandelic acid serum or the Dr Dennis Gross pads. They have helped with my skin a lot and have decreased the papules and pustules from my rosacea. Unfortunately with all this my t zone is still at times tight. It feels super hydrated after my routine but a few hrs in i feel tight. I can’t use heavy occlusives, ceramide, fats, oils, etc. I’m shocked I can pull off the Avene cicalfate.
