Does your eczema look and feel like this?

I've started experiencing some patches of small bumps on the front of my neck + inner parts of my forearms that itch like crazy. I've previously had what my derm diagnosed as eczema on my eyelids which was more of the traditional dry, flaky and red look but had more of a burning sensation with a very mild itch. They said my new patches are likely just more eczema, but I can't help but question since they seem so different. My arms aren't flaky and don't seem dry at all, they're only red because I've been itching them like a mad man. It almost looks like KP, but I also have KP and it doesn't itch like this (or suddenly appear like this). Anyone else have eczema that sounds like this? How'd you get relief?
