Caremark Mounjaro PA expiring

I was approved last July for Mounjaro after they stopped covering zepboubd using the documented info on here. That expires in March. I tried to ask Caremark what my doctor needs to do, and she had no idea. Do we submit for zep again with the documentation in approved for mounjaro because of Wegovy side effects and it stopped working? Or submit for mounjaro? Thank you all. Also I’m hoping my coverage continues as I’m finally no longer obese but still top end of overweight. My starting BMI was 45.
