[Product Question]I just bought The Ordinary Multi‑Peptide Eye Serum

I just bought The Ordinary Multi‑Peptide Eye Serum Ever since I was a kid I had eyebags or visible eye bags, and now I'm a grown teenager it has grown onto me that I finally wanted to do something about it. What I found out or according to the internet, I have sunken eyes, which causes this eye bags and shadowy look. and the skin there is usually thin. and where I've found honestly for a while is this serum ( there are expensive ones but pls I'm broke). I'm not saying I had a perfect sleep everytime but mostly about 7-8hrs of sleep, my diet has personally not the best but overall I have a bit of everything and less sugary stuff even tho I like them. I haven't really know how to use em correctly or anything about skincare apart from moisturizer and cleanser so just hoping y'all would at least advice me on it.
