27M | 5’7” | 177 lbs (just lost 50-60 pounds, but still considered overweight and still have a high body fat percentage (25-28%) Just got labs back and wanted some input. • Total Testosterone: 266 ng/dL (ref 250–1100) • Free Testosterone: 48.4 pg/mL (ref 35–155) • Prolactin: 7.1 ng/mL (ref 2.0–18.0) • Estradiol: <30 pg/mL (ref ≤39) I also take an SSRI for panic disorder which started around the time I started to lose weight. I have a back injury so hardcore weight lifting is off the table for the last three years but I can still do some physical therapy style weight lifting and some good walking. Symptoms: low libido, fatigue, no morning erections, according to my weight loss above, I have a hard time keeping muscle and losing fat even after losing 50+ pounds. My urologist did prescribe me TRT. 200MG once every two weeks to start then we will adjust dosing accordingly. I’m just curious if my prolactin and estradiol levels are normal, should I even be doing trt? Can my levels go up naturally ? I’m not sure what to do.
