[Routine help] Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation not going away

Hello Morning routine: Licorce toner HA cos de baha Purito panthenol cream La roche Posay vitamine c serum Roundlab sunscreen Evening routine: I use once per week tazarene And 2 per week dermatica azelaic acid. Mixa céramides and puritou panthenol I do microneedling with dr pen ultima M8 once a month, I've huge improvement all over m'y face but that one spot won't go away no matter what I do ? Is there any hope ?
