Xelstrym vs vyvanse questions

so i take 2 vyvanse daily as prescribed (have for years cuz it and any other XR wears off fairly quickly for me) and i was debating switching to the patch for a few reasons , anybody notice that one definitely works better or stronger etc? also how long does the patch last would i be able to get prescribed 2 daily or does it work differently Basically any details on experiences with both would be nice cuz ive been on the 2x vyvanse since 2020 cuz i just found it works better than adderall formulations and yea
