Feeling ripped off by low dose

Post Content

Background: 65 yo F wanting to go from 165 to 140. I have pretty bad osteoarthritis and I hope losing weight will help my joints so I can give my dog a decent walk again. I'm feeling sort of ripped of with this dose schedule, upping every 4 weeks: .2mg, .4mg, .75mg, 1.25mg Does the above seem low dose for wanting to lose 25 lbs? I took my first shot yesterday, feeling no effects. I'm thinking after a couple of weeks I'll request to up dosage if I'm still not feeling anything. Does requesting an increase in dose seem reasonable? Do providers typically charge more to up the dose? Thanks!
