what the heck is in my nose

22F no medications. I have a septum piercing and have been having an irritated right nostril lately i’m assuming from the cold. As i was adjusting my septum today i felt what seemed like a hair. Hair has gotten stuck in the piercing hole before so I pulled on it gently but was surprised that it felt like it was attached way deeper in my nose. I opened my phone camera to look at it and noticed that when I pulled it out father, it was covered in dark crusty blood. I immediately panicked and just sniffled it back up (at this point I was afraid it was a nerve ending even though that would obviously hurt) This was like, a human head size hair if it was that. I’m terrifying to touch it again or sneeze. Is this something I can gladly just let disintegrate in my body? Thanks
