[Routine help] Basic routine for filaments?

Post Content

Probably a common post so sorry! Ive had the filaments on my nose and cheek area, and the main thing I saw was to try the salicylic acid products. I got one of them in September but I haven't seen results. Since Ive never been good with skincare stuff I'm not sure what else to use? I know you can't get rid of them, but mine have always been prominent enough lol! Looking through other comments, I saw some people saying just use oils, but then others say to just use cleansers, or just use masks, and if anyone could just give me some direct products or routines that could help it would be great! I can give any additional info if needed, but I know I have somewhat sensitive skin though if it's oily or dry kind of depends. Cant really go to a derm or anything in my case so I thought I'd ask here!
