Persistent Stomach Ache and Low Appetite

I (20F) have been experiencing a dull stomach ache for the past few days (since the 8th of February, 2026) as well as lacking any appetite for most of the day except for *very specific* cravings in the mid-late afternoon. The cravings thus far have been carb-heavy, mostly consisting of potatoes, cheese, beans, bread, and rice. I have diagnosed OCD and Bipolar Depression, and am currently taking medication (75mg Wellbutrin & 150mg Sertraline daily) and have been on the same meds (at varying dosages) since I was 14. I am also on the Autism Spectrum. I do not drink alcohol, and I do not smoke. I am not pregnant or currently menstruating.
