What are my next steps? Is it even worth it?

Hello all. I have a slightly enlarged thyroid on my left side, and it is painful to touch (when they found it, it hurt) and i had a ultrasound on it and nothing came up. They did not run a thyroid panel because i think they said the main one they run with regular blood tests was fine, and the ultrasound was clear. I had to call for this result. (I think it was TSH that was normal) — Why we found this? I am having a hard time swallowing. I took omeprazole for the “quiet” acid reflux and that did nothing for me. We are going with the stomach and esophagus route with testing but i can’t help but to wonder if i should have gotten a thyroid panel. Is this a good idea? Or should I leave it alone since the results were normal for the two I got? — I have fatigue all the time, i can’t focus and i have such a hard time remembering when i was never like this. I also have had really bad time with my emotions. Idk if any of this is related.
