Question on delayed doses

For about 3 weeks, I missed my day of the week for the injection. It wasn’t planned, it was just like “oh, shit”, and I took the shot (1.7) the next day. FINALLY remembered to take it 7 days after the last injection, and interesting issues arose. First, the fullness and less desire to eat seems to have come back, after creeping away after several months at this level. However, I seem to be, for the first time, feeling an upset stomach and loose stools. Was wondering if it was a stomach bug, but don’t believe so… I initially thought that missing a day wasn’t a that big of a deal, but perhaps not being at the max level for almost a month caused this? And while I know it will pass (if in fact it is Wegovy related)…have I discovered a “hack” to restore dosage effectiveness?
