Can’t lose weight at 26

I’m 26 years old (F) and I simply can’t lose weight. I take an orange theory class once a week and a couple of months ago I started ice skating lessons twice a week. And yes, the ice skating is definitely a tough workout and I feel so much stronger since starting. I changed up my diet and stopped eating out as much and started making more healthy meals at home. I live off of kale salads with vinegar dressing and grilled chicken or some variation of it 5 nights a week and I enjoy it. I’ve always loved salads and veggies. Once a week steak. I cut out almost all snacking. No more chips and dip, no more goldfish. I try to eat fruit, beef jerky, or seaweed snacks if I’m hungry. I also started trizepatide 5 weeks ago. I’ve slowly been increasing and am at about 30 ml per week now. I have noticed absolutely no weight change at all since increasing my activity, changing my diet, or starting injections. I am still lingering at 175 lbs. I don’t eat that much! I eat a salad for dinner and sometimes no lunch (I don’t work in an office setting and it can be hard to eat) or a Trader Joe’s frozen meal for lunch (300-550 cals). I don’t drink much coffee and usually sub for a green tea. Admittedly I’ll often have 1 poptart or chocolate bar after dinner because I still need joy. I’ll eat out a few times a week and my go to meals are sushi or a sandwich bowl from Jersey Mikes (No oil, no bread). I’m not stuffing my face with fast food and fried food 24/7. I’m relatively active (working out 3 days a week is honestly a huge accomplishment for me with my crazy, unpredictable work schedule, as well as my lazy nature and endometriosis symptoms) and I’m paying so much for trizepatide and it’s still doing nothing. All I want is to look healthy. To stop looking so puffy and bloated 24/7. To look good in a bathing suit. I’m so disheartened and sad. I don’t know what to do. I really thought injections would help jumpstart me and now I’m really stuck and devastated.
